GE Group Build Rules

There can only be a maximum of TWO ongoing group builds at a time, though there are exceptions to this rule.

If you would like to start up or suggest a group build, start a new thread in regards to your idea. There must be at least 10 participants before the build can begin.
At this point, PM an active administrator for permission to have go ahead on having the group build become official.
