Here I GO (again) I have the assignment called short animation which is about 1-3 minutes of duration and I my deadline is around 3 weeks. The assignment have to be done in pairs but the problem is you have to make a very critical decision to whom you'll be paired with. The case is, all of my classmates are good in individual but NEVER work well in group since I bet they never know what teamwork is since they born. So I decided to paired with this guy which he's the best among the left over who hasn't paired yet. The problem is he is tall, handsome, big and good in IT BUT he has BIG major problem that he has no confident and very very slow. He got easily stressed and cannot work overtime which is the opposite of me - I can work on my 3D for 18 hours a day. Actually I can do the assignment by my self which is just took a week but I took 3 weeks to get it done with this guy. Can you imagine we're just finish the assignment 3 hours before the deadline. He stay on my house so we can work together but he can only finish 15 second of animation in 3 days. I bet if he doesn't stay on my house he wouldn't do the assignment at all. I hate people who over confident and under confident, but I most hate people who slow me down and because of that I have to do more and useless effort. It just a waste of energy. I am not saying this because I am trying to be superior, trust me it's not. I learn everything from zero, I learn and make a lot mistake to get this far, and some time I hate to see people who doesn't even trying to be better for his own good instead of be a drag for others. |

This kind of thing depends on the classes, it happens more often in lower level class, like my world history class. Every project is a group project. The key is to outline who's going to do what, when and by when. Make sure they agree do the decisions as well, or they'll think you're forcing work onto them. it also helps to be friends with the poeple you work with. |

One thing about me is efficiency. It's my nature to finish something fast, so I really couldn't stand lazy people or I should put lack of will people. Oh come on, you've spent 2 years for school with around US$ 5000 school fee and all you do just become a burden with childish excuse? grow up. |

I make the assignment task as easy as I could since I know how lame his personality is. So I made a lame animation as lame as possible. Believe me, the assignment deadline itself is 4 weeks. Here's the animation result: THE GOODAMN LINK All of the girl scene and modeling and all the story concept and all of the visual effect done by me, the boy part is all him except for the fighting scene which is both of us. Look at the work proportion I did and he did. If I did this alone the result would be same but it tooks only 3 days make lame animation like this with my mighty Core 2 DUO. The worse is he use renderman plug-in because he's to lazy creating good lighting and doesn't have confident at all. Which make all his lame work cannot be exported nor imported. Lame people using renderman won't make their work have PIXAR like quality. AND he's almost waste 6 hours of rendering since after I check the texture wasn't assigned yet. I fix it with only 20 minutes rendering. LOW ESTEEM issue?!?! I sleep 4 hour a day only watching his lame 'working' and sleeping. I should put steroid on his meal. |

If he is really that useless then do all the work yourself. If he really is that stupid, tell him that if you wanna pass lemme do it. And you should have made the guy die. In most animes I've seen the weapon/winner breaks/kneel the the loser falls down flat on the ground |
